Platinum Touch Detailers Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Platinum Touch Detailers

At Platinum Touch Detailers, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair and organized schedule for all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy.


Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit may be required to secure your appointment in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.


Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. This helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment.


Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment has been rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. This policy helps us account for the time and availability reserved to accommodate scheduling changes.


No-Call, No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service amount may be charged. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other customers who may have needed that appointment time.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

SMS Messaging Terms

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Platinum Touch Detailers.


If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
